Why Do People Question Friendship Between Married Men and Married Women?

It’s simple. Society often has this idea that men and women can’t just be friends, especially when they’re both married.

People believe that “attraction always gets in the way.”

There’s a 2012 study from the University of Wisconsin showing that men often feel attraction to their female friends. But does this apply to friendships where both are married? It could — yet, with the right boundaries, things can stay on track.
